ECS is seeking a Solutions Lead to work in our Arlington, VA office.Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

ECS is currently seeking a Solutions Lead to join our team. This role involves working with clients across our Justice and Homeland Security Business Unit (JHSBU) to shape and advise on strategic engagements, based on customer needs, in the areas of Data and A.I./ML, Cybersecurity, Low Code/No Code Platforms, and Enterprise Transformations.Specifically,this role requires a background in using Lean/Agile thinking to identify the organizational needs and pain-points a customer is experiencing, as well as opportunities for delivery improvement aligned to strategic/mission objectives. An important expectation of this role is the ability to engage with federal leaders responsible for delivery on mission critical IT programs to help shape new work and build teams that will focus on implementing a digital transformation. This role involves leadership responsibilities within the JHSBU as a subject matter expert, mentor, and advisor on how to manage and improve our delivery process.

Primary Duties

• Shape and build excellent relationships with customers and mission stakeholders by creating a positive customer experience.
• Assist Solutions Architects with the design and implementation of digital transformations.
• Build high performing customer-centric delivery teams in the JHSBU.
• Work closely with the clients to understand their mission space, gain trust, propose creative solutions, and get buy-in for design and implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the customer/stakeholders and the implementation team, to ensure Agency requirements are satisfactorily implemented into customer environments.
• Facilitate the growth and development of Agile teams, apply best practices of various Agile methodologies, and delegate tasks appropriately to align priorities based on the needs of each portfolio and the teams’ delivering services.
• Support the creation and sustainment of SecDevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications and infrastructure, where necessary, with teams.
• Advise on and structure the collection of metrics and lessons learned across contracts to help improve delivery with customers and use for expanding opportunities with prospective clients.
• Connect with industry and channel resources to collaborate and bring innovative approaches to client work.

Required Skills:

• Must have a US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree or Additional Years Experience.
• Must successfully complete a stringent background investigation and obtain the required government security clearance.
• 11 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and continuous integration practices.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with Federal Government clients.
• Customer Service mindset and passion for helping users solve problems.
